    I was wondering how to change the font of the excerpt, post title and post text sitewide?

    Add these code on the Custom CSS option. Or styles.css, but only if you’re using a child theme.

    The first part (14px/20px) is the font-size and the line-height.
    The second part is the font-family to be used. You can replace “Arial” with any available font you want.

    for the post titles on excerpts:

    .blog-view .entry-title a {
        font: 14px/20px arial, sans-serif;
    }

    for the text on excepts:

    .blog-view .entry-excerpt {
        font: 14px/20px arial, sans-serif;
    }

    for the post titles on single posts:

    .single-view .entry-title a {
        font: 14px/21px arial, sans-serif;
    }

    for the content on single posts:

    .single-view .entry-content {
        font: 14px/21px arial, sans-serif;
    }

    Hi Ron,

    How would I change the font size for the description area of the “groups” pages. The text in the body area of the the groups is really small on the site that I am working on.

    @Jeffrey
    I’m not seeing a “Groups” page. It’s redirecting to a “Register” page.
    If you want to edit the font size of the Asteroid Theme’s single page content then I’ve already posted the instructions on the posts above.

    .single-view .entry-content {
        font-size: 16px !important;
    }

    If this isn’t working then the font is probably being controlled by a plugin and not the theme.

    Sorry about that. It redirecting because I have the site set up so that only logged in users can use the buddypress part of the site. I have two sites using your theme. The one is an older site and this one brand new. The font size in the groups text area where you would write the group description do not match from one site to the other. The new site text is really small. Here is what I think the problem is. My old site looks fine. but the older site is running buddypress with the BuddyPress Template Pack plugin. That plugin I understand is no longer needed for the new buddypress.

    see: http://codex.buddypress.org/themes/theme-compatibility-1-7/bp-17-upgrading-template-packed-themes/

    I have to remove it and all the files it created from my older sites. I have it on all of them. Seems from the link above this is going to be a pain. But the new theme in buddy press seems to make the text in the group really small. so I still need to figure out how to fix that. I think the code you gave me is more for a single post page and not for the groups area.

    This is from one of my music site.. its not using your theme.. but this is the type of group page I’m trying to edit the text size. http://www.portaltaxi.net/music/groups/swap-a-gig/

    Try this, it changes the entire theme’s base font-size.

    body {font-size: 16px !important;}

    The “Groups” type of post isn’t a functionality added by the Frontier theme. If the code above doesn’t work for you, you could ask here instead http://buddypress.org/support/
