I have enabled comments on posts and pages but the Comments box is not appearing, so no-one can leave a comment. What can I do to make it appear?
I can see the comment box on your pages just fine. For pages where you can’t see the comment box, check if you have the comment enabled on that specific post/page. See here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Comments_in_WordPress
