Drop-downs? Sub-menus or drop-downs are not available on the Top Bar Menu as it is restricted to a single depth of menu items. The Top Bar Menu is only intended for a small number of simple links like the ones you see on my own Top Bar Menu. If you have to add many menu items then that might be more suitable for the Primary or Main Menu.
